1. What Personably is

Personably is a behavioral personalization layer for Shopify stores running Klaviyo. It consists of:

• A public website at personably.app offering a free Welcome Email Revenue Audit tool.
• A Shopify Appthat captures first-party browsing behavior via a consent-aware pixel, classifies shopper intent, and writes that intent to the merchant's Klaviyo account.

Personablyis operated by NorthSignal Studio (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

2. Public website

The Welcome Email Revenue Audit is provided as-is for informational purposes. The revenue estimate is a model based on the inputs you provide and industry benchmarks; it is not a guarantee of future revenue. We make no warranty about the accuracy of the audit results.

By submitting the audit form, you agree to receive the report email and optional follow-up communications. You may unsubscribe at any time.

3. Shopify App

The App is distributed through the Shopify App Store and is subject to Shopify's Terms of Service and API License Agreement. Use of the App requires a paid subscription after a 14-day free trial.

3.1 Merchant obligations

As a merchant, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring your store's privacy policy discloses the use of behavioral tracking for email personalization.
• Configuring Shopify's Customer Privacy API appropriately for your operating regions.
• Maintaining your own Klaviyo account and compliance with Klaviyo's terms.

3.2 Klaviyo integration

Personably writes profile properties and metric events to your Klaviyo account. You remain the sender of all marketing emails.Personably does not send emails to your customers on your behalf. You control which flows respond to Personably's intent signals.

3.3 Data processing

Shopper browsing data is processed to classify intent and is written back to your Klaviyo account. We do not pool shopper data across merchants. Raw event data is retained for up to 90 days. Aggregated intent data may persist while your subscription remains active.

4. Billing and cancellation

App subscriptions are billed through Shopify. Plans are offered at the prices displayed in the App and on the Site. You may cancel at any time through your Shopify admin; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

The 14-day free trial begins on installation. No charges are made during the trial period. If you uninstall before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

5. Intellectual property

The Personablyname, branding, website, and App code are proprietary. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them. Intent-classification rules are published in plain English as part of the product's transparency commitment, but the rule implementations and the overall system architecture remain proprietary.

6. Limitation of liability

Personablyis provided on an “as is” basis. We make no warranties regarding uptime, revenue outcomes, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
