1. What Personably is

Personably is building a governed decision layer for Shopify-first lifecycle teams. The current offer is a paid, supervised design-partner pilot that runs beside the delivery system a merchant already uses. It consists of:

• A public website at personably.app offering a storefront-based Customer Decision Audit and information about the founding beta.
• A supervised Shopify and Klaviyo pilotdesigned to reconcile customer context for an approved lifecycle decision and hand the reviewed treatment to the merchant's existing delivery rail.

Personablyis operated by NorthSignal Studio (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

2. Public website

The Customer Decision Audit is provided as-is for informational purposes. It uses public storefront evidence and does not guarantee revenue, retention, or any other business outcome. We make no warranty that the audit will identify a suitable test for every store.

3. Shopify and Klaviyo connection

Any Shopify integration is subject to Shopify's and Klaviyo's applicable terms. The founding beta begins with a $1,250 paid pilot; continuation is $5,000 per month for accepted founding brands. There is no free trial or self-serve checkout.

3.1 Merchant obligations

As a merchant, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring your store's privacy policy and customer notices disclose the data used for lifecycle personalization.
• Configuring Shopify's Customer Privacy API appropriately for your operating regions.
• Maintaining your own Klaviyo account and compliance with Klaviyo's terms.

3.2 Klaviyo integration

The founding pilot is designed around a reviewed decision and message plan. You remain the sender and the decision owner. Klaviyo or another approved delivery system sends customer communications. Any live workflow requires the implementation and approval controls agreed with you before customer delivery.

3.3 Data processing

Customer and event data is processed only to support the agreed workflow. We do not pool merchant customer data across brands. The applicable pilot data-retention window and deletion process are documented during onboarding.

4. Billing and cancellation

Pilot and beta fees are billed under the order or invoice agreed with the founding brand. The pilot is credited to the first beta month if the brand continues. Founding brands have a 30-day opt-out on the first quarter; otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

There is no free trial. The pilot is a paid scoped engagement and is credited to the first beta month when the brand continues, unless a signed order says otherwise.

5. Intellectual property

The Personablyname, branding, website, and product code are proprietary. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them. Intent-classification rules are published in plain English as part of the product's transparency commitment, but the rule implementations and the overall system architecture remain proprietary.

6. Limitation of liability

Personablyis provided on an “as is” basis. We make no warranties regarding uptime, revenue outcomes, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
